Hello I want to know that can a common man can make an f.I.r.against police for there misbehaving, badwords., unusually harassing in police station .whom and where I go for f.I.r. register regarding police.
In mumbai in every police station it is mention that CIVIL MATTER WILL NOT BE TAKEN.
is these slogan is applicable in other part of Maharashtra also like bhiwandi. , thane., bhayander., etc
