Hello respected sir/madam i have been trying to apply for passport and have came to know the people(citizen) who were born after 26/01/1989 should mandatory have birth certificate with them and my parents didnt applied for the birth certificate when i was born, i have even checked with the hospital if they have any record but the answer was negative so my question is that i do i apply for a fresh birth certificate i am 24yrs old....
pls HELP or i have to pay a huge amount of money to get things done...
