Hello ,
this is pramod gupta have a query regarding conversion of agriclture land into commercialization,,,,where my land is not cultivating for agriculture since before 2000 which is located middle of the village,,,,i have purchased this land in 2008, i have purchased and registered this land in square yards, As i know convertion of agriculture land act enacted in 2006, so my ambiguity is not necessary to make convertion of my land for construction permission from concerned authority....kindly give me clarity on my issue
