Hi,
I am planning to buy a flat which is for resale. Owner of the construction company expired before the completion of the apartment few of the flats were left incomplete including lift.
B Khata of that land was in the builder's name and Khata (A or B) has not been issued to any of the individual owners living in that apartment. I am going to apply for a home loan for that resale flat. The seller is saying that he can get the B khata done his name.
I checked with the bank representative about the loan disbursement for that flat. He said A khata can be done for that flat and need A khata only for loan disbursement.
Can you please suggest if I can go ahead with buying of that flat if there are any banks which fund for B khata properties?
