Hi,
I wanted to get a duplicate license. But my original License was made from Gujarat ,having Ahmedabad address proof.
Now I'm At ahmedabad and I wanted to get a duplicate license since the license got lost here.
I approached the RTO office.
RTO people have said that the only way I can get a license to apply for online duplicate licence i.e. apply for a duplicate license from online services which is available on sarathi.nic.in but this website is not accessible for one or another reason, sir can you please guide me what can I do???
