Hi,

My father and his friends purchased a agriculture land of 1 acre in 1978 and divided themselves into plots and registered the same in Vijayawada sub register office and after that some of the families constructed some houses with the permission of Village panchayat and paid electricity and water bills as well.

Now some of the land of 60 cents is going to be given to builder for Development purpose for Apartments,

Now this land is considered and Non Agriculture land or Agriculture land ?

He is asking some amount to convert from Agriculture land to Non agriculture land
