Hi sir,
I have been observing the issue of paying bribe to police officer in address verification for passport. All my friends who applied for passport have bribed the police for verification even though everything was perfect. I just hate to bribe them for doing their duty.All i want to ask is what if all my documents are good and i resisted to bribe a police and for that he held my verification without being processed ? what are my counter measures in order to over ride that situation.Whom to report and what is the process to do so to get justice ?
