Today i had been to BBMP office for appling katha certificate and katha extrate which was gifted vacent land of 30*45 (1350sq ft) from my parants. I filled the form and submited the form to the official there ,but he says me to arrange for Rs 20,000/- (twenty thousand rupees).to this process to be done.Sir i am really not in the position to arrange such huge amount right now. But i need to get this done to apply for loan.Pls suggest me what con be done to reslove this problem.
