Please approach the MSEB office in your area and get an application form. The form itself has the list of documents to be furnished. The list of documents can also be seen in the FAQ section of our website, with respect to Bangalore and I do not think it will be substantially different in Mahrashtra.</p>

In case of harassment / demanding of bribes by the officials please carry a mobile and record their conversation. Tell them that you will complain to higher officials. It is your right to get an electric connection changed. Please submit complaints to higher level officials.</p>
