I am ganesh kannan from pondicherry . one girl stayed in our house for rent . she had some fake currency note . on 11th march 2015 ,she deposite that currency note in bank , and she had been arrested by grand bazaar police station in pondicherry . for that reason police arrested my parents for that girl stayed in our house . even the police knows my parents are innocent and the respective girl said that my parents are innocent , they file a FIR against my parents. my parents are accused under non-bailable section. Can I file a complaint against Inspector of Grand bazaar police station , pondicherry for filling fake accused FIR?
