I had applied for Kendriya Vidyalaya class admission online.
My son was selected for the same, but the school did not intimate us on the selection. In-fact we were checking with the school regularly they told to check all the lists, their 1st list was published on 26/03/2019 in which the student name was not there, when asked they told to check in the 2nd list which was to be published on 09/04/2019 the name was not there, when checked with the school again they told to wait for the 3rd list which was to be published on 23/04/2019. But they had published in between one more list on 16/04/2019 for which the last date of admission was 22/04/2019, But as told by the school administration we checked on 23/04/2019 and the name was in the list they had published on 16/04/2019, which we were not aware of.
When we went on 24/04/2019, they did all the admission process, we paid the quarterly fee and then the principal comes in and says that the seat is not confirmed as we are late by a day for the admission.
And later went we went to enquire about the same he asked for a bribe of 40,000 worth electronic item.
So in this case how can we take action against the principal of the school?
