I had applied for the passport since last year of july 2015 and till now i couldn't get my passport. When i visited to the RPO office for the enquiry status, they told me that the passport status is cleared but they didn't get the hardcopy of my verified passport application from the police station. They told me that i have to visit police station for knowing the status. When i went to the police station for asking my passport application file status , they told me that they sent the report to the RPO Office two months earlier. Now i don't know where is my file. The RPO said to me "Have Patience". But really i want to know that how much time they will take for just a passport. its almost 1 year for apllied my passport.
