I have a permanent Driving Licence for Car and Motor Cycle issued by RTO Sheikh Sarai New Delhi. The licence is expiring on 20 Jul 18. I have shifted my residence to Kanjur Marg Mumbai and come under the jurisdiction of RTO Wadala. What is the procedure for renewal of my Driving Licence?
