I have a property in aurangabad. groundfloor flat belongs to my husband who died. first floor to one brother and second floor to one brother. i have only true copy of copy of the documents mentioning only the ground floor belongs to us. all the original documents are with one brother.

but i found the true copy which i have was not signed by my husband and in his place someone has signed and this was done by one of the brothers. what is the procedure to get original true copy of distribution of property in which ground floor belongs to my husband. after getting the original true copy what action is to be taken.

As i am a lady managing this, kindly advise how to deal this matter urgently and amicably. will the court in aurangabad help me in this and which court and address of the court please provide.
