I have applied for a new PAN CARD on 31.05.2016 (Ack. No. U-604192888)

I have applied for a new PAN CARD on 31.05.2016 (Ack. No. U-604192888) subsequently delivered PAN allotment letter on 11.06.2016 along with a PAN Card No. GUZPS7705H (Name: UDIT KUMAR SUR) instead of my alloted PAN Card No. CKTPB2440J as per allotment letter.
After that I returned the PAN Card to relevant dept. and lodge a complain.
Again delivered PAN allotment letter on 04.07.2016 along with a PAN Card No. EKEPK3979N (Name: SANTU KHANDU) instead of my alloted PAN Card No. CKTPB2440J as per allotment letter.
Please do the needful in this regard.
