I have an issue, wanted your advice on this,
i have done court marriage in gujarat in jasdan district rajkot on 15/oct/2013
i made an affidavit of marriage and signed in front of the registrar and submitted to the nagar palika for obtaining the marriage certificate. which i received.
the problem is that the date of marriage provided is wrong as i have not travelled to india on that date.
due to this i am unable to apply for my wife passport as they have asked documents for verification of my entry and exit to india during those date . travel was during my court marriage in october 14-18 and july 14-18 , and the solemized date mentioned on the affidavit and certificate is 07. july.2013 which is wrong .
and im all stuck up and cant apply for her passport,
1. how can i complete her passport process without me travelling to india as i am unable to travel from dubai.
Which additional document would you require to accept her application
please advise me what to do.
