I have purchase a plot in vill-sadarpur ,pargana and tehsil dadri,distt. Gautam budh nagar..khasra no..64 mi.bahi.no-1 Jild no.3707 and page no.93..plot area is-100sq.yard..i register this plot on my name on dt.16-07-2012..i want to do the mutation of this plot on my name..but now one of two sellers denieng for mutation and one is agree..please help what can i do..thanks..
