I have purchased a Farm plot in a society formed in 1996 at Sudhagad Taluka in Raigarh district.
the 7/12 are in the name of the promoter but we have registered society in which each member has issued a share certificate. we have built small bunglows after getting NOC form grampanchayat.
we have recently received demolition notice from the Tehsildar.
a proposal has been put to Collector in 2009 for approval but pending.
the promoter says that the rules came later on .
can u tell me what is the real fact and how to solve the problem.
