I need to bring Sony 40 inch LED tv to india (mumbai) from US. The TV value in US is $300 which is Rs. 18000/- in India. But the same TV we get in Rs.40,000 in India. So please let me know how much custom duty I need to pay? As per rules we can import things up to Rs. 35000/- so they will calculate the duty in my case?
