I need Khata from BBMP urgently

I need khata from BBMP urgently but they seem to have misplaced/lost the record file.Kindly help. Please post my complaint to the corporator Mr. Gowda urgently. If BBMP loses the khata records during transfer from CMC to bbmp ,why should we as a citizen suffer. There are people who are paying Rs 10000/- to 25000/- to bbmp as bribe to get fresh khata done on time. I don't want to pay a single rupee to people in BBMP to do their own job. We are also applying to consumer court if BBMP official Mr. Pratap and the corporator Mr.Gowda do not solve the issue within a week's time.
