I want to complaint on border checkpost police who are taking bribes

I want to complaint on border checkpost police who are taking bribes to let people pass through during the corona time during the inter state travel. Even though when Government of India released a G.O not to ask for passes cops are still asking for passes and taking bribes if pass is not present.
