I wanted to register my company. I was informed by our CA that there are guidelines for naming the company. I said I read the guidelines and I don't think our company name has anything wrong in it. He said to get the exact company name, you will have to pay extra (read bribe) to the officials. And since the office is in Gwalior, the CA can't go there just for this.
I want to know how can I report if the officials didn't approve our name just because they're expecting money from us (15-20K bribe). Is there any official helpline for this?
