I was staying in THYAGARAJANAGAR and I had BSNL Connection Bearing...
I was staying in THYAGARAJANAGAR and I had BSNL Connection Bearing Telephone No. 26760063 and 15 Days back I have shifted to Uttarahalli and give letter for shifting of Telephone. after a week they have prepared OB and they have given my no. as 26391707 which is under Padmanabha nagar Exchange. Next to my apartment there is BSNL Connection but Line Man Mr. Venu his mobile no. 9480581211 is telling it is not his job and we have to contact in the office. in office every day they give different reasons and they asked me to contact one Mr. Sagar his mobile no. is 9449088005 who is in DE office to provide cable. this person never took call. and so far there is connection given to me. I spoke to DE mr. Mallikarjun his NO. 9449817728 he said Sagar was on leave yesterday. I do not know when I am going to get the connection. please advise shall I go for Private connection who can give with in 24 hours. As a true citizen of India I do not want to go for private connection, but in BSNL they are making my life miserable and it is very complicated. everybody knows due to poor service from BSNL (Govt. service) out of 99 Cr connections only 10% of the people are using Govt services????
