I'm having a issue to get my ppo pension letter,as we had opened
I'm having a issue to get my ppo pension letter,as we had opened account on bhandup branch of pension then he submitted to koparkhairne branch vashi. As on 2015 March my mom shifted to Nepal permanently, so before going to Nepal she had given application to transfer the pension account to sunauli branch which is in Nepal border.But we came to know from sunauli branch that account is transferred but not pension.i came yo Mumbai on 21 December to find out Status about pension. But nobody is letting me know we're is my mom pension documents.so it is a request to help me find out the pension documents an need to do further procedure.please do the needful.
