My brother born on 30-01-1991, in Ashwini Hospital (Naval Base, Colaba,) Mumbai. We have only receipt from that hospital in which they mentioned date and time of birth.. We have not registered his name in Municipal office at that time. Now we want birth certificate of him. Please tell me the procedure how can we obtained that from Municipal office Mumbai.
