My date of birth is 30.12.1989. My parents got my birth certificate from municipality (Pettavaithalai, Trichy [Dt]). They got the birth certificate on 31.12.1989 itself. So, my name is not included in the birth certificate. For applying passport, they ask the birth certificate with name. Could you please tell me the procedure to include my name in the birth certificate?
