My date of birth on the DOB certificate by municipal corporation is 26-04-1991 and on rest of my official documents including my educational certificate the DOB is 26-04-1990.
I want to apply for the passport but they require same BIRTH YEAR on my DOB Certificate and on all educational and other proofs so I want to change the BIRTH YEAR from 1991 to 1990 in my DOB Certificate what is the procedure to change BIRTH YEAR in muncipal corporation?
