My daughter born in Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District in16.09 1990, her birth certificate the name is caroline, now in School it is Amy Carolyne. Now the name to be changed in the birth certificate for Passport purpose. But in Tamil Nadu thye are asking Tamilnadu Ration card for address Proof. But we have no address proof in Tamil Nadu. we have address proof in Delhi only. How we we will get it dome Please guide us. Thank you for you help
