My Husband went for four wheeler licence, has disablity in his left eye, as told by the RTO persons we went to the ALIBAUG GOVERNMENT hospital for the eye checkup. The doctor told will not be able to issue the medical certificate as he is telling he has only 30% vision. but with the other eye he is able to see it, for the sake of licence we have undergone the several process, what I understand is if a person is having the vision in one eye and 30% vison in second eye then it should be considered as 70% vision and the licence should be issued to them, say the conditional licence in case that the person can drive till 7 pm or any thing like this, when the government officers are making us run here and there, we have seen many people not attending the test and all also get the licence, we would be really grateful if you could help us in getting the licence.
