My son is 3.5 yrs old, I just got his birth certificate this 1 May 2016 and found a surname mistake which AARAV SINGH whereas it should be AARAV SAINI. Also father name is not showing surname in his birth certificate, can this be a problem if father name is not showing surname? Also please let me know how we can change the surname of child from Singh to Saini.
