No bribe ? I will not pick garbage from your house.
Its kind of implied that, every house hold has to pay Rs 20-.30 per month to the garbage disposal employees. Now with segregation rules its even higher. Once i refused paying the bribe even though it is very trivial amount as it is the duty of the muncipal employee to do so. From that day she stopped taking garbage from my house. Now i have to go and dump it in nearby dump yard. Hope everybody pays this CHANDA. I am not asking you not to pay as the employees are usually from poorer sections of the society, but one should not make it hard and fast rule that if you dont pay, i will not pick garbage from your house.
