Paid 100 Rs as Bribe
This happened today (29-DEC-2012) in Pammal municipality, Chennai, Tamilnadu
I just went to get Bith certificate for my daughter, who was born 10 days before. These lazy government officials made me to visit them thrice & finally did with the certificate & ask me 100 Rs as bribe. Without any option, I was made to pay. I felt really bad for helping the bribe official :-(
