I dont have my own home now. i want to apply for ration card for my son's admission in school. the officers are telling me to bring noc, affidavit of house owner. against which they will cancel his rationcard and alott me the same. which house owner will agree to do this? when i went to the agent he told the work will be done if i pay him2500. help me i dont care for 2500 its not a big deal but i donot support corruption. if the would have charged this amt with reciept i would have given them even more.
