I am returning to India with a job in Ahmedabad after studying and working abroad for 12 years, and some of my belongings are arriving with a mover by sea. Everyone tells me that I must pay a bribe to get my things cleared by the customs. I am happy to pay all the legal fees but not a bribe. Can anyone please suggest how to do it?
