Road Cutting Charges - Bangalore
When i approached a Development Authority official for cutting the non asphalted road, we were asked for a bribe equaling 10 times the amount for the DD for the government. After paying about half the amount, the official insisted on the rest, but since we could not, we went ahead cutting the road without permission with local help. Where can we go to pay the amount due to the government and what can be the penalty or fine payable? What consequences can we face?
Now we are in need for further permission, Is there any way we can be helped?
