SDM Barhaj cancelled my nomination order in lack of bribery
Sir, I am the only daughter of my parents.After the death of my father ,my mother hold all the property including agricultural land as a female Bhumidhar .Unfortunately while my mother died on 27-1-1958 ,my all three uncles ,by nexus with revenue personnel ,having shown my parents issue less misappropriated my all the property. Though I tried my best to inter my name into revenue record but could not succeeded ,being a helpless and alone woman.
It was my good luck and thanked to Hon’ble ******* ********** Govt’s public welfare policy that in the year January 2007 under the direction of Honorable High Court U.P and Hon'ble the President Human right Association ,Govt. of UP published a GO to inquire the misappropriated land property of real owner by forge and to establish the real worthy person and to punish the wicked forger .Resulted after the inquiry by ** ****** through SDM Tehsil Barahej ,I was established into revenue record and was given land documents and commitment of my property too.
Unfortunately a most corrupt S.D.M ********* ********** came on transfer to Tehsil Barhaj in february 2009.excited by forger he called me to separate my land at one place he demanded 80,000/-.I denied helplessly.
Just after two months on 26-5-2009, he canceled the previous inquired order dt.8-5-2008 remarking possess less and saying ********** **********(myself) is not the daughter of late ************* **********(my parents) silently without proof and prose’s. I complained atonce to D.M.Deoria and Pramukh ********** Rajaswa Lucknow . Inspiteof several reminders, nothing could be done till today. The forger captured all my land property again and kicked me out by force of curruption.The matter delayed for justified order with SDM Tehsil Barhaj in lack of brebery till today.
I request you to kindly inter-fear into the forged and unjustified matter according to view of the hon’ble High court U.P the Hon’ble President Human Right Commission and the Chief Secretary UP Govt , so that I may get back my aforesaid looted land property
