I am mahesh, Got married on25th Aug 2013, my wife state Government School Teacher, i am private employ, in may 2014, she had failed case in police station ( 498a ), saying that she was completely harassed by me. police also called my hole family to police station, we have attended to station too. But the police talked to us was very rude and frightened us, with suggestion of our lawyer we went to High court for anticipatory bail then Honerable judge as suggested not arrest under section 41
