Sir, I required a draft affidavit for my brother who is a passport holder with ECR status but he has already completed 6 years at KSA ( Abroad). now he required re issue passport with Non Ecr .The Exit & Entry has stamped by the Authority at KSA in Arabic. Now Ihave to submit an Affidavit to the passport authority. So plz help.
