Sir, my date of birth is 25/02/1991. I have my birth certificate but in that certificate my name is written as SOUMA SARIKET, but in all of my other certificate , admit card, result it is as SOUMYA SARIKET. Now I want to correct the spelling. would you please help me with the procedure.
