Sir,
My son (Sahil Verma)'s date of birth is 10 Sep 1997 and his birth certificate was issued on 29 Jun 2009. Now in Nov 2014 I have changed by name as Puranmal Verma in place of Puranmal by affirmation of oath by affidavit before Chief Metropolitian Magistrate and same has published in Times of India.

Now I want to change my name (Father's Name) only in my son's birth certificate.

Please let me know is it possible and procedure.
