Unfortunately, where the private company is harrassing you like this, you cannot take action through government channels. I suggest that you write to the manufacturer of the car that you have bought, complaining of the behaviour of the dealer. You can threaten them that you will go public with your complaint, so that the reputation of the car manufacturer will be affected. I also think that you could go to the consumer court to secure redressal from the dealer.

Sir,I have financed a car in which I paid down payment and rest amount is financed by SBI. Total amount is same as given in rough paper by agent of Dealer.I have paid all amount till 29.10.10 and delivery of car is taken on 03.11.10.The rate of registration increased by UP RTO on 08.11.10.Dealer demands increased amount verbly and not giving Registration Paper.The Invoice&insurence paper dated 01.11.10 has given by Dealer to me.I have approached many times to car company for this issue but they always forwarding my problem to concerning department.I have still awiting my registration paper. Kindly suggest me what i do for this behavior of Dealer.
