Sir/madam..i have seen many a times that police constable taking bribe from the poor shopkeepers amount equal to almost 40% of their daily income..i feel very bad when i saw such kind of thing. please tell me is there any way to deal with this type of officers . poor shopkeepers are under threat and they do not want to take any risk regarding their business. please tell me where can i submit my complaint that i can provide some relief to these shopkeepers.
