Sorry for asking one more question I went to regional office after changing all my proof to current address the passport office staff is asking money 5000/- to changing address he said it's a government rule but my friend also same problem but she paid only 500 ... The staff said to me is true or not???? Is a government rule to pay 5000 isn't??
