Reported on April 18, 2014 from New Delhi , Delhi  ι Report #40573

There are more than one hundred and fifty seven (157) Foreign Diplomatic Mission missions situated at New Delhi but out of these only about twenty five (25) Foreign Diplomatic Missions are following the guidelines set by Ministry of External Affairs, India in respect of the compensation to be provided to the locally recruited staff. The Ministry of External Affairs continuously send circulars to all the Foreign Diplomatic Missions since 1975 about the guidelines to be followed while employing local staff and the compensation that should be provided to them during the service and terminal benefits that should be provided to them while leaving the job but these circulars are treated like any other piece of paper and none of these guidelines are followed by most of the missions.America and some other country have strict law. how could we make like same law in India
