This entire event has happened on 5th Dec 2020, I did'nt have a valid PUC & was 6 months overdue , the police constable asked me to pay 500 rupees in bribe instead of generating a E-challan to which i refused to pay him , Wanted to know what is the actual fine for Invalid PUC in PCMC.
