We have a piece of land at nandurbar falling in nandurbar minicipality a district place.Its measuring 5.4 hectres its our ancestral property.Now this land is under reservation since last 30 or more years and local municiality noteven doing acquisition even after giving notice since 1989, 3 times.we have given notice under section127 .Now we feel that its under the town where sorrounding is already developed but our land we are not able develop because of local municipal council.Now with this new law of converting land in na can we get the na certificate by collector to develop this land and have green beautiful housing colony?
