Where to buy a stamp-paper. Do we have to buy at the same area where it is proposed to be executed?

I presume you are in Karnataka, in which case, there are new regulations that govern this matter. Stamp paper is now no longer required. You can use e-stamp papers. Simply stated, this means that your document can be on plain paper. Based on the value of the property sold, the stamp duty is calculated and then the appropriate denomination is franked onto the paper.
