In lucknow.agricultur department ne contract basis per BTM aur SMS ki post nikali thi jo ki NGO ********** infotech pvt limted near tejkumar plaza hazratganj lko. ko service provider banaya tha lekin NGO sari formelity karke paisa leker posting kar raha hai. jisme agricultur department ke officers bhi shamil hai. aur koi investigation bhi nahi ho rahi hai.
