Bribe demanding for forwarding my pansion fund application

I worked as contract Engineer in ITI(Indian Telephone Industy) Ltd. from 07.05.2009 to 26.04.2011. After leaving that company i applied for my pansion fund in Mankapur, Gonda(UP). There an Account Officer Mr. O.P.(In pension fund Dept.) demanded the bribe 600 Rs. to forward my application for further process.
