Honest officers, very professional, responsive and polite
I applied for police verification for my wife's Tatkal passport requirement. Right from the day on the application, the respected Superintendent of Police initiated the process, DSB branch officials proceeded the application forward without a delay and within 2 days we got an ASI visiting us. The ASI took all the documents, verified and right there told us that verification is done. Every individual I met with throughout the process was honest, to the point, polite and responsive.
